Welcome to SketchUp, Vray and other Resources

Everyone is capable of learning. Learning is part of life. It is a social process of living and bringing everyone to share their inherited resources and discoveries. All of us can influence the life of others through sharing and caring. It is our belief that everyone should be a lifelong learner.

I am putting very important visualization resources and series: tutorials, tips, tricks, VRAY materials and settings, and mini-the-making (MTM) processes.

Yours,

  1. Hi Nomeradona! First off, great site.

But for some reason when i donwload these settings. I just get the default settings. Not the beautiful glass i see in this render.

I use 1.49.01. so are these settings for a former version or anything? Hope you can correct it. Still learning a lot and would like to check out these settings!

    Thanks

  2. the glass material has been provided in the download area too. you need to load that glass in your material editor. you need to load the visopt in your vrayoptions.

  3. What i meant was that i can download the settings, but when i load them in V-ray for Sketchup they appear to be empty. For example when i open the glass.vismat it doesn't even show a reflection layer. Maybe this is because i use the 1.49.01 version?
