As an educator, I am always fascinated how you can use SketchUp not just a visualization tool, rather a 21st century tool inside the classroom to enhance learning. I am very aware that there are lots of educators who are using SketchUp form PreK-12 to Higher Education. Each time I use SketchUp in the classroom, I am thrilled and fascinated how students are engaged and glued to their screens exploring the boundary of this tool. In the past, I use it not just a 21st century tool, as well as a new media in art. In this particular series. I want to help educators, students and institutions by providing different ways and possibilities on how to use this tool. I will also attempt to post some open source documents from other educators who share the same conviction.
Here is one of them from Noel Jenkins a geography teacher. Here he shares a lesson of Creating Virtual Landscape in SketchUp.
