    there are still some edges visible around the geometry...isnt there a magical way of removing them automatically without changing the mask properties per hand?

    the halo? i guess you can only correct it by adjusting the mask in photoshop

    yes..the halo.. maybe i just have to live with that. is there a fileformat that works best for the alpha?
