Light Manager for Vray WIP

Pierreden the script writer of Ivy maker for Sketchup is working with another jewel for Vray Sketchup. He called  this VrayLumen-Light control panel for VFS. Basically it is a Light Manager that will make tweaking vray light attributes easier.Still very buggy at the moment, but we hope Pierre will be inspired further in developing this script.
