Because of the power of computers, more and more visualizers rely on it thus forgetting the gracefulness of traditional drawing. For us who love handrawn drawing, we can still learn from Jim's approach using Google Sketchup ability to produce 3d models as reference. In this video, we could see how Jim marries the two approaches and the result is beautiful visualizations.
